Many of them actually do... From discussions I had with many CEOs of SaaS companies they try hard to be as SaaSy as they can. Look at EchoSign for example, many of their customers are Internet/SaaS companies (Intacct, LinkedIn, SuccessFactors, MarketTools...)</description>
