Two real life reasons:

A. Change
B. Trust

Your #1 and #4 reasons touch on the issue of change.
The SMB finally got used to the idea of the in-house IT Guy or outsoured IT firm and now you want them to change.

Your #7 reason touches on the issue of trust.
While technically, the secure data center might be safer than their own network, the sense that an outside entity has access and more control of their treasured data/information creates an uneasy feeling.

When Microsoft decides it can make more selling Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Project as a service for a per-use charge passed to the customer through the ISP, then it will no longer be possible to buy these products on media, or download them to your own computer. SaaS will be the only way. It will happen.

Iam still not convinced with Saas platform, what is that SaaS is trying to offer when there are no cost benefits, it proves to be more expensive than buying a software and having people and resources to manage them.

I have to agree with your first reason that as long as Microsofts and Google's still continue to produce their products for end customers, SaaS will have to wait longer till it goes into SMB players.
